After reviewing my performance over the last few months, I've taken the decision that I will stepping down my YouTube operation. This is due to 2 things. 1, I have recently taken a full time job, which combined with my other jobs (that's 5 in total), I have extremely limited time to film for youtube.

2. My performance on Youtube has been extremely poor the last few months, and it is quite clear that the formula that turned my channel around last year, is just not working this year.

I love making videos, but the sheer workload of recording, editing, rendering, uploading, and scheduling 15 videos a week is just too much if there's no payoff. With performance being only about 25% of this time last year, I think I have reached the point where that payoff is too little to justify the workload.

As such, I have taken the hard decision to scale back my YouTube operation for Hibblejaybob. A new schedule will come into effect on the 1st of June, which will bring the content down to a maximum of one video a day. The full schedule will be determined in time, but will loosely take the form of:

Monday - Emergency Related Games (Rotary)
Tuesday - Emergency 4 UK Mods (Rotary)
Wednesday -Emergency 4 Worldwide Mods (Rotary)
Thursday - Monthly News, Driving Standards / Day Off
Friday - On Patrol with the ... (Rotary)
Saturday - Emergency Services in Scotland
Sunday - Simday (Rotary)
