All works displayed on this website hold Copyright in the name of Hibblejaybob (2010 to 2017).
Videos
The vast majority of my videos are provided by YouTube. Anyone is free to share my videos on whatever platform they please, so long as they use the appropriate YouTube links. Downloading and redistributing my videos on any other platform (including ANY other YouTube accounts other than Hibblejaybob) is strictly prohibted without prior permission. Permission can be obtained using the contact me section on the About Me page.
Currently the following people or organisation hold exceptions to use my videos outwith the terms detailed above:

Photography
My photographs are provided with a Hibblejaybob logo watermark. Anyone is free to use my photos on websites or social meda groups, so long that 1, the distributer does not try to take credit for my work. 2, credit is given as "Hibblejaybob - www.hibblejaybob.co.uk". 3, the watermark is kept on the image and is not cropped out or otherwise removed. Adhering to the above points, use of my photographs is considered "Fair Use" and you do not have to ask for permission to share my photos - although I would be grateful to know where they are being shared! 🙂
Failure to adhere to these conditions would be considered a breach of copyright as it is altering my work to pass it off as your own.
I am happy to provide versions of my photographs without the watermarks (subject to sufficient reasons for it's use). To request an unwatermarked edition, please use contact me section on the About Me page.

Currently, all 4 of my software projects have not had any form of release. Anyone obtaining, using or rediostributing my software works without prior persmission is strictly in breach of copyright, and will face immediate legal action.
