News: July 2026
Hello friendfolk and welcome to another news article! And, I've done it! For the first time in AGES I've actually managed to do a monthly news update as a MONTHLY update!
Unfortunately I've been pretty quiet on the streaming front in July due to being unwell, and with lots of events on in August, it looks like it'll be another fairly quiet month coming up - but I'll still be streaming where I can!
Anyway, lets check in on the month's news!
Check In
In terms of Dev Day updates, there's been big changes afoot behind the scenes on my streaming setup! In particular, I have taken advantage of Twitch's new integrated functionality for dual format streaming - so I'm now trialling streaming in a vertical format as well as horizontal!
On the games front, I've paused VR testing for the minute after some bad hiccups that need resolved and as I get closer to launching new series! On the games front, I've been paying particular attention to GTA 5, completely redoing and streamlining my mod list for better performance and stability.
This process has given me a lot of excitement about bringing GTA content back to the stream, I'm very much looking forward to it!
Across all my platforms, June's big success was on TikTok - expanding on May's best month ever with a new high score! Elsewhere sadly, the inconsistency that came about with me being ill was reflected in the numbers, so need to work to getting viewership back on track on Twitch and YouTube.
Upcoming Series - Battlestar Cytheria: Over The Red Line
The next series we'll be streaming is upon us, and I've made a trailer/introduction sequence for it!
Can't lie, I'm actually really happy with how this turned out!
Battlestar Cytheria: Over The Red Line is a crossover between the X-universe (specifically X4) and the Battlestar Galactica universe. The series follows the story of the Battlestar Cytheria as it pushes its jump drive to breaking point and arrives in a strange area of uncharted space far from their home system!
